Who runs this site
Independent Lions service and resource website of David Greene. Not an official website of Lions Clubs International. Questions about privacy on this site can be sent any time through the contact page.
What we collect today
This site does not require an account and does not use tracking cookies or analytics that identify you. Pages you visit are logged by the hosting provider only as standard, short-lived technical logs (such as your browser type and approximate region) needed to keep the site running and secure.
Club Toolbox tools
The meeting builder, project planner, and recruitment tracker run entirely in your browser. Everything you type is stored only on your own device and is never sent to us or anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes it permanently.
Contacting us
If you reach out through the contact page or by email, we receive the name, email address, and message you choose to send. We use it only to reply to you and, if you ask about joining, to connect you with the club. We do not sell or share your information with marketers.
The joining questions assistant
The Become a Lion page includes an assistant that answers questions about dues, fees, and next steps. Your questions and the assistant's replies are saved on this site so the conversation can continue if you return, and so we can follow up if you ask us to. Please don't include sensitive personal details in the chat. You can ask us to delete a conversation at any time through the contact page.
Membership inquiries and applications
When the online inquiry and application forms launch, they will collect only the information the membership process requires. Each form will say who receives it before you submit, and submitting will always mean a person reviews it - applications are received, never automatically approved.
Links to other sites
This site links to Lions Clubs International, the Lions Clubs International Foundation, Water By Women, and other organizations. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Your choices
You can ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact page and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
